What is the Youth Employment Fund (YEF)?

Youth Employment Fund offers:

  • financial incentives to youths and employers to help cover the cost of wages and training
  • help for youths to cover costs like transportation or tools required for the job
  • a combination of training, employment and individual help

Is Youth Employment Fund right for Me?

You may be eligible if you are:

  • between ages 15 - 29
  • unemployed
  • not attending school fulltime and
  • resident of Ontario
